“I have now bought two leatherman multi tools. One for myself and it is always the first thing in my bag when traveling. The other I have recently bought for a friend as a gift. I had it engraved and the tool was still on my doorstep within three days. Amazing service and brilliant products.”

“Tool turned up on time but didn't fit in sheath and tool was loose, one call and a new tool was dispatched for next day delivery. Very fast and helpful.”

“My item was in good condition however the holster that came with the shears was faulty and instead of sending a new one, it was expected to print out the returns label and post it back which was an inconvenience to me.”

“A pleasant experience doing business with Multi-Tool Store. Well presented site, a good deal, helpful staff and prompt delivery. A winning combination in my opinion. I am also very pleased with the Laser engraving they did for me on a Leatherman Surge. Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that you give them a try.”

“The item was shipped abroad and was marked at full price including price of free torch due to this I had to pay import charges/customs to the value of £50 which had I known I would not have ordered or taken the "free"torch as it ended up costing me half the price of the actual products.”
