“I ordered two leatherman rebar tools one arrived ok the other one's oil bottle leaked and damaged the box and sheath, but the excellent customer service team, sorted out the problem by having replacement box and sheath delivered within 12hrs, fantastic service 12 out of 10.”

“Hi, about 25/30 years ago I bought a multi-tool, a Gerber which is still performing well, but i thought it was about time i joined the 21st century! So I purchased this Leatherman 'Wave' which I am very happy with, the improvements are out of this world over that time period I just did not know what I was missing.now I do. Thank you, LEATHERMAN.”

“Leatherman tool purchased and it was delivered quickly. Great quality tool, as you would expect from Leatherman. I purchased the optional bit set as this, in my opinion, completes this tool. The multi tool itself is meant to be supplied with 3 bits that store on the tool itself and I discovered one of these was missing. I emailed the Multitool Store and they sent out another set of 3 bits which I received within 48 Hours. So great customer service and Would highly recommend.”
