“Great choice of high quality tools. They have amazing customer service too. After purchasing knife for a present, I realized I won't be able to take it with me on a plane. I had to do last minute delivery address change and it go sorted smoothly, while keeping me informed of the processing progress. Highly recommended.”

“The multitool ordered arrived on time, unfortunately on opening I discovered that the item was incorrect although boxed correctly. I immediately contacted the seller and explained the problem. They immediately despatched the correct item, next day delivery without any quibble, and then sent a link to download a free postal returns label to send back the incorrect item. I found this level of service quite exemplary and would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase from them.”

“Great tool but nearly didn't arrive courtesy of a Royal Mail postman who delivered to a totally different and wrong address. Luckily the couple kindly drove to my house to give me the delivery. Come on RM. Sort it!!”

“Bought Leatherman watch for son's Christmas/Birthday combined and delivery was excellent, packaging great though if you wanted to keep you were buying a Leatherman from prying eyes in the house on delivery day, then not so much, as leatherman tape all over packaging! Excellent service though and would use again.”

“The postal service was very quick. Customer services were helpful. However they sent me the wrong item twice, which suggests something needs sorting out!!!! Don't think I'll be using them again on the back of that.”
