“Awesome customer service. Placed an order online and phoned to change it twice, the two people I spoke to couldn't have been more professional and helpful and even bundled in free engraving without charging or effecting the delivery date.”

“Fantastic service, I actually ordered the item to the wrong address, all I needed to do was send an email asking for it to be sent to the address I needed it at... and Poof.... it appeared, the writing is neat and very hard wearing too!! Great product as described!!”

“I've had a Leathermans for years now and i purchased the Wingman for a friend. The quality is top class, I've never had any problems with mine and didn't hesitate in getting one for my friend who has recently joined the emergency services This was my first time buying something from Multi Tool Store and i have to say the service is first class. I placed my order at 745am, it was dispatched at 945 and i received it the next day at 10am and i didn't even request next day delivery ! I would definitely recommend buying from these guys and would buy from then again........but it will be awhile as the Leathermans is such good quality !!”
