“unhappy with age check did not go well,but overall service was good very happy with my leatherman purchase,i had one in the 60,s when i was in the forces.”

“Easy to use the site and good range of products. The delivery was quick and well packaged. The engraving looks good too. I found it unclear on the site but a customer can return an item without question within the first few days but only if the item has not been laser engraved. If engraving has been done. a customer can only return an item if it is faulty. When I asked customer services a question, it took a number of days to be answered but the answer was clear and helpful. All in all, a good experience and I will probably buy here again.”

“Was a bit dubious at first but after a few weeks got used to the design, so far I'm loving it, miss the micro screwdriver and the bit holder though, not had any problems with swarf, what with the magnets. The addition of a small rule is nice, use it quite a lot for rebates etc,”

“I purchased a leatherman wave+ (second) had ingraving on side which had been covered) Fantastic price, fantastic item. Only one little issue, I received the item but a wave had been put in the wave plus box. I contacted customer service and I was sent a free returns sticker, and I was asked to email proof of return from post office. Which I did and my wave plus arrived a day later.. Would I use MTS again?? Yes without a doubt, great service, should item of been checked before postage?? yes I guess, but it was a busy period around Christmas so will let them off.. Otherwise would of given 5/5”

“The tool was genuine engraved as per instructions and delivered as promised. There is an outstanding issue that the carrying wallet was not delivered as per order but I only informed them yesterday so awaiting that to be resolved which if the service so far is anything to go by, shouldn’t be an issue”

“Good service fab multi tool. However the packaging was terrible the box was battered which is a shame as leatherman multi tools are not cheap.”

“Absolutely fantastic see I highly recommend. I got a great deal, however I was a little disappointed that it all came wedged in a cardboard box that wouldn’t close properly. It’s a shame it wasn’t presented abit nicer”

“I`ve ordered from you before and there wasn`t a problem. I ordered a multi-tool last week for a birthday gift and when I received it the contents had come out of the inner box and were all over the place. It could have been when it was in the post as the outer box was a bit squashed. Maybe a bit of tape to stop the inner contents from coming out of the box. Apart from that I`m pleased with the service.”
