“Multi Tool Store wrte a pleasure to do business with. I work in the EOD Industry and they sent me the perfect Leatherman tool for my job. Communocating with their helpful staff was strss free. Prices are competative and postage next day. Well Done”

“I will never shop with multi-Tool again. Dreadful customer service and have had to pay lots more for the engraving the online form didn't process. Needed for Christmas and the customer service spokesman i spoke to said I had to return the product for engraving even if it might not be returned to me in time for Christmas as 'it was an expensive product' whatever that comment was supposed to intimate.”

“The items were set out in a clear and usable way, saving me having to hunt all around on disorganised pages. The item I bought was clearly shown with a good photograph and price, any extras such as inscribing were clearly shown on the page and also the invoice. The delivery by Royal Mail was quick and the goods were well packed. I will certainly use this site again and recommend it to one and all.”

“I ordered a Leatherman Multi Tool from the Multi-Tool Store and it was dispatched but never delivered. As soon as I contacted Multi-Tool store they checked and as the item had been lost by Royal Mail, a new item was dispatched which I received within 3 days which is really good considering the Christmas Parcel rush. There was no quibble from Multi-Tool Store and Sophie in customer services has been extremely helpful. Great Service thank you.”

“I can't give zero or a negative number, what went wrong?????????????????? I ordered a Leatherman on November 7th. was told overseas delivery took 12 to 16 working days, after a month contacted your office, got a tracking number, supposedly it has been in Spain since November 13th. How can a shipment to the Cayman Islands end up in Spain??????????????????????????????? British Airways has several flights a week to Cayman, realistically I should have had it in a week to ten day, one e-mail has been answered, several more not,am I annoyed, you be the judge??????????????????????? There seemingly has been NO effort on your part to rectify the situation, poor business practice if you ask me, by the looks of it, even if I do get it it won't be till next year, last time I deal with this company that's for sure”
