“Excellent delivery especially since it was Christmas week. Excellent quality product. I’m glad I chose this store over others who were offering much longer delivery times for a higher delivery charge.”

“Received friendly and prompt help when I realised after placing my order that I could have the multitool engraved. I didn't look properly at options (also delivery options) which possibly could have been slightly clearer on the order pages, but when I emailed to ask they responded to my questions, changed my order and it still arrived for Christmas. Very happy - and so is my son, who had asked for the multitool but also hadn't realised it could be engraved!”

“Product is as described and perfect working order. Very disappointed however that the packaging included advertisements of your products as this was brought as a present. The person receiving the gift took it from the courier and so now knows what they are getting for Christmas.”
