“ordered engraved multitool for a christmas present, it clearly stated delivery before christmas......multitool didnt arrive until after Christmas so had to buy another gift, wrote to customer services before christmas as I was concerned the tool hadn`t arrived but they never bothered replying, good products but don`t buy for a present and their customer service is useless......I went to my local go outdoors store to buy a replacement on christmas eve, they had a good range in stock and I got the exact same model 5 pounds cheaper!”

“Delivery of my order was perfect, laser engraved correctly and all looking good. One hour after opening the box the Leatherman Wave had seized up and was useless. You sent me a Royal Mail letter with a QR reply address and a link to my nearest Royal Mail Customer Service branch (Halesworth) which when I got there was told had been closed to customers for some while. I was directed by them to Saxmundam Royal Mail where a recently installed QR reader printed my label and I was sent to a Post Office to post my parcel with the faulty Leatherman Wave. Three hours of driving round the Suffolk countryside with multiple parking charges feeling very angry and tired ... I'm 78. So far my star score for everything is -5. !!! Please try to get your act together as at present it is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Best wishes and a HAPPIY NEW YEAR ... Dr K Roy Gill”

“Great price, great presentation dreadful payment if you are trying to gift someone in the UK and have a Foreign Credit card. Your payment side of your side needs some serious development; get yourself a good backend billing specialist. Every time I selected my billing address (NZ) for a UK delivery it defaulted to NZ shipping. I solved it with Paypal. It took me over half an hour to solve; I hate to think of the Christmas traffic you must have lost. Your review is as retarded as your billing; I am Simon Williams the card holder who bought the gift Brad is my relative in London. So I have submitted it anonymously. The gift arrived on time, exactly what I wanted and engraved perfectly. All you need to do is solve your billing.”
