“When I accidentally put the wrong house number as my delivery address, Sophie in customer services changed it for me with no problem at all. I was concerned that the birthday present would not arrive in time but the multi tool was delivered within a day or so and my grandson was delighted with his gift. He was chuffed that his name had been engraved on the handle and this was a service that most other company's were not offering. A great idea. Thank you Multi-tool-store for such great (good old fashioned)service! Will definitely use them again and again. Cheryl.”

“I ordered a Leatherman Rebar with engraving on the blade. Very prompt service and very happy with the knife on arrival. The engraving almost scratched off on first use of the knife so I got in touch and I have received a replacement very fast. Brilliant service.”

“Wonderful & quirky idea, great for small item adjustments or repairs. Just about doubles up as a jewellery accessory for a mans man. Down side for me, it's far too large and heavy. Shame as I like the principle.”
