“Excellent customer service. I ordered an engraved Leatherman tool and received it 24 hours later. I had intended on ordering direct from Leatherman but couldn't resist the engraving option. I am so glad I went with The Multi Tool Store. The engraving was just as I had requested. I would highly recommend this company.”

“A great choice of items and very quick delivery. My only gripe was that the knife was loose in the packaging so whoever had packaged the item hadn't sealed the box properly. Only a minor fault though. I would recommend.”

“bought as a gift for front line emergency ambulance workers, there amazing!!! have used all the attachments bar the glass breaker at present no faults to report, text /engraving gives i that extra touch, customer service is fanatic can't recommend enough.”
