“Bought two sets of Leatherman raptors from this company. The transaction was seamless from navigating the website to the product delivery. Swift delivery and well packaged. The product was expertly described. This is my first transaction with The Multi-Tool Shop but im sure it wont be my last. I tried two other websites before i arrived at the Multi-Tool Shop. The first two sites i gave up on as they were too hard to navigate and then the checkout kept refusing my card. I would happily recommend this company as your go too supplier of Multi- tools and accessories. Great price ( even greater with the discounted price) and just what i was after.”

“I bought this for my son's birthday as he has mislaid or lost (probably nicked from him) two Leathermans over the years. I had his name and date etched on this time. As an EM (A&E) consultant in a OZ hospital he uses this type of kit regularly. He says he uses the Leatherman medical scissors nearly every day. He will be delighted with the new Wave + and maybe I will get one myself as the nice man at Heathrow took my Swiss Army knife when I forgot to put it in my case on the last flight to OZ. silly me. These are brilliant boys toys and every boy should have on.”

“Up until wanting return my item, the process was smooth and my order arrived as expected. However, it’s now been 4+ weeks since I returned an item and despite multiple phone calls I still havnt received a refund. Disappointing to say the least.”

“Very nice tool, with the usual Leatherman quality - a nice leather pouch too. A competitive price too, though the gift pack with metal case and pouch, along with the engraving and delivery does add up to a fair chunk on top of the purchase price. The quality of the laser engraving is exceptional and perfectly aligned - always a worry if you were to take a tool like this to a high street engraver, but no worries at all with that here. I had a small problem with the (also engraved) gift box being dented during delivery which was quickly and courteously sorted by the excellent Customer Services team - very well done.”

“Very happy with my new leatherman tool the staff were very helpful and have even offered me a 10 pounds off my next purchase because I was going to get my brother one for his birthday I was updated through out the transaction sent on Friday and delivered on Monday they even threw in some multi tool oil and sharpening stone would highly recommend this company for the best quality multi tools available and at the most competitive price five stars from me”
