“I accidentally placed a duplicate order and the customer service team were absolutely superb, very quick to acknowledge my dilemma and refund the funds back to my account, it’s pretty rare to experience good customer service in this day and age.”

“Whilst the tool I purchased is fine ,getting it was a nightmare..the website didn't work for me at all so I contacted your company directly by telephone. I dealt with Courtny . This was very confusing and I did not get my purchase even though I paid extra for fast delivery . I had to make numerous calls to sort all this out and wated far to long for my item ..I was promised a several 10% and a 30% discount for my trouble, but recieved things with my order I have no need or use for. Courntny assured me my purchase had been sent ,but on speaking to another of your people it ,in fact ,was still in your storage area and had not been sent .. In all a bit of a pain .. Paul Batten.”

“Having lost my leatherman charge, I searched online for a replacement. I came across Multi tool store and was spoilt for choice, I chose a wave plus which was competitively priced but also had a free gift with it and free postage. I ordered it and it it was delivered 2 days later”

“I have bought from multi-tool-store a couple of times nowand they gave always been spot on and if you have any issues they are happy to help. I'm always amazed at how quickly they are able to get your order out to you even with engraving. This order happened to be a gift and it was very well received. thank you!”

“Once again Multi-Tool have shown great communication and provided a very efficient delivery service. I like the Leatherman Free P4 a lot, except for one thing and that is the file is too short. I think a longer file instead of the second cutting tool would be better and more useful.”

“Ordered Leatherman Rev with engraving as a leaving present for work colleague. Website very easy to navigate, choice of products was excellent, costs very competitive and also made use of the express delivery option. Leatherman arrived next day with super personalised engraving and other accessories. Communication from the company throughout was timely, accurate and helpful. Would definitely recommend the Multi Tool store.”
