“Really easy to order, all the safety checks in place & details regarding delivery was step by step. “Was a bit sceptical as never heard or used this company but was a faultless process from start to finish. Very good communication, fast delivery - I opted for free delivery and only took a couple of days and when my leatherman skeletool arrived it was perfect. 100% recommend the multitool store and will definitely use again”

“I bought this as a present for my son. The customer service was first class, ordered at 1.30pm, delivered 12pm following day. One point for future reference. I had the leatherman engraved, unfortunately the pocket clip I ordered as an accessory covers up the enqraved name. Perhaps consideration should be given to engraving on the opposite handle.”

“Having just purchased a top of the range leatherman I had a significant issue with delivery (due to the carrier). I called the support number on a Saturday afternoon and what I received was an absolutely world class customer service… the experience left me without anxiety and confidence in getting a position resolution. It all worked out fine and I’m delighted with my product.”
