“Could not fault Multi-Tool ordering process was simple, as was the age verification process. Not impressed with the chosen carrier, Royal Mail. On the day of delivery, I received an e-mail from Royal Mail to say that the item had been delivered and signed for at around 06:57, signed for by me, they even sent a photo. This was impossible as the delivery address (my work place) does not open till 07:15. This caused quite a bit of concern on my part, where had it gone? At around 09:30 Royal Mail actually deliver the item! My suspicion and I could be completely wrong on this was that RM signed for it themselves to get around the age check requirement at point of delivery. Not impressed with RM.”
