“Age checking slowed the purchase process, with verification required via email. This made me concerned about missing the dispatch / delivery window. However, the Leatherman was inscribed and despatched the same day and then arrived the following morning, so ultimately the service was very efficient and speedy. Thank you”

“OVERPRICED AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered a Leatherman gift set as a Christmas gift however when it arrived it didn't have the gift box just the plain cardboard box. I contacted them and was sent a metal gift box but it was the wrong one as the leatherman pouch wouldn’t fit. Again I contacted them however there wasn’t enough time for a new gift box to be sent and so I wanted to return the gift box and be refunded the difference between the standard and the gift box version of the Leatherman. Since then I have tried to contact them 3 times and still haven’t been emailed back. Despite being told they value customers and have brilliant customer service with constant emails telling me so they are unable to actually achieve either.”

“As my Dad used to say "you can never have too many tools!" This is of course is very true. But how many tools can you carry and which are the best ones to have with you? Multi-tools are the answer and it's easy to choose the right tools in the right size multi-tool for your needs. Great choice and great quality. Being "tool ready" will get you through life's unexpected challenges and they are for life, not just Christmas and Birthday presents!”

“Excellent engraving and very fast delivery. Customer service was great, they asked for copy of my ID to make sure I was of an appropriate age for the leatherman. I will order again from this company !”
