“Amazing! I’d been waiting 3 weeks for amazon prime to deliver so cancelled the order and went to Multi Tool Store - website was easy - the engraving option was easy to negotiate too. The item was delivered three days later - all perfect! Well done for such great customer service!”

Hi Lars, As the delivery address is outside of the UK , the parcel can take up to 10 working days to arrive. I can see they tried to deliver your parcel on the 18th of October. I have sent you tracking information separately. Kind Regards, Sabina

“When I reported that the wrong colour Wave had been sent, you remedied the error at full speed, thank you! Publishing a non-premium rate telephone help number on your website would be the icing on the cake and in line with common current internet trading practice.”

“Very quick delivery, expected to take longer as I had engraving done so very impressed. Not 100% happy with the packaging, box was a bit battered by the time I got it in the post and would have thought for £100 + spending and value of goods £170+ would have been presented better.”
