“I ordered a new leatherman over New Year and was quoted 4-10 days for delivery including having my name etched on the handle. It duly arrived 5 days later, which included a Sunday and a bank holiday. The item was exactly as described and I'm really happy with the service. I will use the Multi-tool store again when next looking for a multitool”
