“I ordered nothing from multi-tool and paid for nothing. It may be that someone has used my e-mail address to pass the age requirement? Please remove me from your database and please consider how you carry out your age requirement checks.”

“I ordered the leatherman wave+ heritage gift set for my partner as a gift, he loves his new tool and will not put it down. Originally after ordering I did have to go through age verification but the system used at the time wasn’t working. I had got in contact with the customer service chat and send my identification through there and the order was finalised. I was expecting the parcel to arrive 5-10 days after ordering but it came in 2, an amazing service and speedy delivery. Thanks again.”

“Ordered Monday, arrived Tuesday! We had a Leatherman Signal engraved on the outer casing and on the knife for Grandpa, it looks absolutely excellent - great gift and service all around. Cheaper than engraving direct from Leatherman too!”

“Nothing more can be expected. Well-functioning shop, stock available immediately. I chose a Gift Box containing a Leatherman Charge+ TTi + chose next day delivery which worked perfectly delivered by DHL. I recommend this shop 100%”
