“Whilst I knowingly bought the tool as a second, because the special offer that was available with the perfect tool was not also for the second, it made an effectual saving of just £2.05 for the second quality tool. This is a very poor deal and the customer services dept could not offer me any logical reason as to why the offer was not also included, simply saying that it wasn’t ! For this reason I have returned the tool for a full refund.”

“I ordered two items from the multi-tool store. One of the items arrived after just three days, but there was no sign of the other item after 15 days. I spoke to the customer service desk and told them about the second item not arriving, and they said they would send the second item out that day. The second item duly arrived in the post the following morning. Very good service.”

“This is the 2nd time I’ve bought from Multi-tool-store and I can honestly say they are at the top of their game, both leatherman multi tools I’ve bought were engraved and for the price of the engraving it would be rude not to. Super quick delivery and a real no mess no fuss 1st class service. I can’t recommend them enough. 5⭐️”
