“I am a fan of multi tools and it’s great to be able to choose what you want in one place. I chose a leather man for a 21st Birthday and was delighted to be able to get it engraved. Not a bad price either and a useful present that lasts for ever.”

“There was a problem with my order not appearing on their computer system. As soon as I contacted them the order was instantly sorted and put on a next day delivery. The tool was perfect and I have since ordered spares that arrived as expected.”

“They sent the wrong thing in spite of two different people having checked and signed the invoice. However they were reqlly good at communication and sorted it out. Fortunately as it happens they are only amile away from my house\! If not there would have been a lot of messing around with posting it back”
