“Fantastic customer service and insane delivery speed. Ordered 4 pm and arrived next day on the Isle of Wight at 10 am. Over the moon and will be ordering again. Please see the attached item I ordered, fantastic tool, used it lots already!”

“I received my parcel yesterday and the multi tool itself is scratched. It's a 21st birthday present and my girlfriend is extremely picky and is something she will notice straight away, which obviously isnt ideal. Apart from that the item itself is lovely and the delivery was as described”

“Ordered one evening. Received a message the next morning that engraving had been done and that the Wingman was in the post ( standard delivery) Excellent service,product and engraving. Would strongly recommend. Oh and free sharpening block and oil!”

“I ordered two leatherman rebar tools one arrived ok the other one's oil bottle leaked and damaged the box and sheath, but the excellent customer service team, sorted out the problem by having replacement box and sheath delivered within 12hrs, fantastic service 12 out of 10.”

“Hi, about 25/30 years ago I bought a multi-tool, a Gerber which is still performing well, but i thought it was about time i joined the 21st century! So I purchased this Leatherman 'Wave' which I am very happy with, the improvements are out of this world over that time period I just did not know what I was missing.now I do.
