“Incredible service - ordered a multi-tool as a gift and had it personalised. Arrived less than 48hrs after placing the order. Also received a couple of extra goodies included with the tool - which was already the most competitively priced available. Personalisation is a really great add-on as these tools last a life time and are used every day.”

“Fantastic service, I actually ordered the item to the wrong address, all I needed to do was send an email asking for it to be sent to the address I needed it at... and Poof.... it appeared, the writing is neat and very hard wearing too!! Great product as described!!”

“I've had a Leathermans for years now and i purchased the Wingman for a friend. The quality is top class, I've never had any problems with mine and didn't hesitate in getting one for my friend who has recently joined the emergency services This was my first time buying something from Multi Tool Store and i have to say the service is first class. I placed my order at 745am, it was dispatched at 945 and i received it the next day at 10am and i didn't even request next day delivery ! I would definitely recommend buying from these guys and would buy from then again........but it will be awhile as the Leathermans is such good quality !!”
