“I use my MT every day bit in my job and at home I recently lost it and it wasn't till then I realised how valuable it was in my day to day operations. So I looked around for a cheaper version but nothing claim close so I bit the bullet and order another Wave awesome bit of kit. T Gresswell”

“The tool is a replacement for one lost when the Velcro became overworked and unable to retain the Leatherman. If you work in harsh environment using your tool a lot Reccomend a leather pouch with clip. Excellent Product. Fine present. Over the years I have purchased 6 for myself and as gifts. Oscar 12. “The best Present I have ever had””

“I bought the Letherman Charge which is nice but not perfect, they seem to have quality control problems. I haven’t sent it back as it does what I want it to do although at £200 the fit and finish should be a lot better.Its just a couple of the tools aren’t centred and the file has some lock rock but I’ve heard it’s a common problem. The service from the store is next to none, they even throw in extras which is great!”

“I placed an order with Multitool.co.uk for a Leatherman pocket knife. I was made aware from the beginning that the knife was on back order from the United states and I would have to wait. I accepted this and paid in advance. I was given updates, but around the expected date of the knife becoming available I was informed by Multi-tool that Leatherman had not shipped the knife and that Multi-tool were very sorry about this. At this point other online companies I have dealt with have offered a apology and given a full refund, perhaps with a little something for the inconvenience. Multi-tool made me a fantastic offer of a upgrade to something far better than I had originally ordered but still a Leatherman product for the same price for not being able to supply what they had promised. I have no hesitation in saying this company is incredibly reputable, reasonable, friendly and very customer focused. if you place a order with this company, you can feel confident in knowing that if the worse happens you will be looked after and treated with respect.”
