“Great tool but nearly didn't arrive courtesy of a Royal Mail postman who delivered to a totally different and wrong address. Luckily the couple kindly drove to my house to give me the delivery. Come on RM. Sort it!!”

“Wonderful & quirky idea, great for small item adjustments or repairs. Just about doubles up as a jewellery accessory for a mans man. Down side for me, it's far too large and heavy. Shame as I like the principle.”

“I bought leatherman wave for about 126€. The delivery was fast: in 3 working day the object arrived at my home (I live in Italy), and the customer care was really good and kind. The only "svantage" is the price because I found the same item on other website at a lower price. But, because of the reliability of Multi-tool-store.co.uk, I absolutely recommend this shop.”

“My item was in good condition however the holster that came with the shears was faulty and instead of sending a new one, it was expected to print out the returns label and post it back which was an inconvenience to me.”

“Tool is brilliant but case cheap, tacky and tool doesn't fit it properly.”

“Bought a couple of Leatherman Squirts as Gifts. They are perfect and the engraving just finishes it off as the ideal gift.”

“Great multi-tool and quick delivery, but maybe too quick as some of the tool still had wet paint on them so it need more drying time before use.”

“Looks really good great bracelet. However glass breaker came out the first day of wearing as it is just stuck in but apart from that one the rest are great”

“Everything arrived quickly, the engraving I asked for was done, I was kept informed with tracking notices throughout and I have no complaints, I just refuse to take part in the star rating inflation where acceptable service gets 5 stars :)”
