“Everything arrived quickly, the engraving I asked for was done, I was kept informed with tracking notices throughout and I have no complaints, I just refuse to take part in the star rating inflation where acceptable service gets 5 stars :)”

“Very prompt shipping and good communication throughout. My item was slightly marked on arrival, possibly from being in transit. Slightly annoying because it's a gift but not annoying enough to warrant the hassle of returning and replacing.”

“Overall the tool is great, leatherman wave perfect for camps. This is my first leatherman ever and I actually got it shipped from the US to Malaysia. A little heavy but still I'd rather carry it in the jungle cause of the benefits. The second problem I had was the tool was made for right handed people and I'm a left handed. Yes it's true a small minority of left handers out there having the same complain. But I really do suggest that maybe you could possibly make an assembly of tools for left handed tools aswell. It still works fine. The tool will definitely be more comfortable if it was on the dominant hand as likely majority of the population are right handed. Maybe someone should help out the minorities a little. Just a suggestion. The third was when I first got it, it was really stiff and for the one handed opening I cut myself cause there wasn't much grip on it. The thumb hole is good but if it's wet it can get hard to open as you know there isn't much friction between steel and water. So I oiled it with WD40 as suggested and made my own grip as the picture shown. It works like a charm :) suggestion to also make some rubber grips on the holes.”

“Quick delivery but misspelled my name on the leatherman. I told them and the correct item came back, again in quick time. They sent a packet to return the wrong blade for spares. As you can see it is easily done with my surname! Good service and good customer relations.”

“I ordered 4 Micra's a Surge & some accompanying fitments/tools, very quick delivery and great communication. There was an issue with the Surge that was replaced quickly, I lost out on the return postage which wasn't refunded but Ive had worse experiences....”
