“An excellent piece of kit, bought for our son who is a serving member of the armed forces. The only let down for me was a free torch was advertised this was not included in the parcel.”

“Quick delivery but misspelled my name on the leatherman. I told them and the correct item came back, again in quick time. They sent a packet to return the wrong blade for spares. As you can see it is easily done with my surname! Good service and good customer relations.”

“I ordered 4 Micra's a Surge & some accompanying fitments/tools, very quick delivery and great communication. There was an issue with the Surge that was replaced quickly, I lost out on the return postage which wasn't refunded but Ive had worse experiences....”
