“I bought the Letherman Charge which is nice but not perfect, they seem to have quality control problems. I haven’t sent it back as it does what I want it to do although at £200 the fit and finish should be a lot better.Its just a couple of the tools aren’t centred and the file has some lock rock but I’ve heard it’s a common problem. The service from the store is next to none, they even throw in extras which is great!”

“Item arrived fairly quickly considering the personalisation (we were slightly delayed only due to bank holidays). However, the two items which came with it - the stone and oil - were quite badly damaged and not worth giving as a gift.”

“I ordered a Leatherman from Multi-tool-store and waited for it to arrive. It didn't come. I filled in a contact form on the website and got a response the same day. Then a replacement was sent special delivery which arrived the next day. Awesome! Many places will sell you stuff and are OK to buy from but make a fuss when things go wrong. I was very happy with the super customer service I received when things, as they sometimes do, go wrong. I would recommend multi-store.co.uk to anyone.”

“This is an update from my review about 3 to 4 weeks ago, e-mails still weren't answered, but a phone call to Sophie set things straight. The original order was deemed lost, and another was sent via UPS, as to UPS here in Cayman that is another story, the Supertool 300 is amazig, clearly the most well built Leatherman I've owned. The lack of a star is because of e-mail service, the product is great and the personal service is spot on.”

“I bought the Rebar bundled with the bit driver and nylon sheath. It also come with free polishing stone and oil. Could have been a 5 stars, but let down by sending me the incorrect sheath and also defective plier head, although the later is down to poor QC from Leatherman. The jaws on the plier head do not align. The nylon sheath I received was the broader flat version , rather than the one on the advertised in the bundle. The price was good, especially with the 10% off voucher and the bundle it come with. Customer service was excellent. Sophie was very helpful and did everything she could to sort out the issues. Will definitely buy again from Multi tool store or Outdoor365, if the price is right.”

“Great tool but nearly didn't arrive courtesy of a Royal Mail postman who delivered to a totally different and wrong address. Luckily the couple kindly drove to my house to give me the delivery. Come on RM. Sort it!!”

“Wonderful & quirky idea, great for small item adjustments or repairs. Just about doubles up as a jewellery accessory for a mans man. Down side for me, it's far too large and heavy. Shame as I like the principle.”
