“Almost perfect. My leatherman charge plus tti arrived quickly and well packaged. No damage or scuffs. The leatherman has a little wiggle when closed and the S30V blade did need a little shaping as the edge was very sharp but not even. This took 10 minutes to sort out. Another minor issue, the bit extender in black needed a good wipe down as it left a lot of dark gray stuff on my fingers everytime I handled it. In addition, play around with the bits in their holder as some can be very stiff once the assembly oil has dried up. I've cloated them in a little chain oil to help. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and will be using multi took store again”

“Was cheaper than leatherman themselves and arrived quick. The product appears well made. I have used it a few times and it feels secure and strong. Only niggle is it’s difficult to open and access the tools inside the handles. Easier than my others I own and feels more comfortable than the others”

“The order I placed arrived in good order and time. I have only one issue with the product and that lies with the manufacturer. Leatherman's need to provide a more detailed and clearer imaging on their instruction manual if they're going to provide one. The product itself is fantastic.”

“Fantastic Service! So to start they sent the wrong type (black instead of silver Wave+) BUT after a very brief call we had the issue sorted and I received the correct Wave plus today (literally a postage-day difference!) Sue was amazing and not only was this sorted with no fuss at all she even upgraded the sheath. I couldn't be happier and the Leatherman is exactly what I need. Friendly, professional and fantastic buyer experience. Thanks again!”
